Stuffed Bagel Bites {Starbucks Copycat}
No, these bites are not made with bagels, but they are an easy way to replicate Starbucks Bantam™ Bagel Bites. With the egg wash added to the bites, you get the crunch like the outside of a bagel with the soft and chewy inside. And, with the cream cheese center, it’s like you are eating an everything bagel with cream cheese! Plus, they can be made in the oven or an air fryer.
Stuffed Bagel Bites Ingredients
With just a few simple ingredients, you can get the similar taste and texture of a Bantam™ Bagel Bite in just a few minutes!
Cream Cheese: Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing with the bacon.
Bacon: I like to bake bacon ahead of time so it’s ready to go when I need it. To bake bacon, place the slices of bacon on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake at 415°F for 18-20 minutes. That’s it! You will have crispy bacon.
Pizza Dough: A store-bought tube of pizza dough works great in this recipe!
Everything Seasoning: This seasoning is a popular seasoning for more than just bagels. Make your own everything seasoning for this recipe, and try it in these Cream Cheese Tortilla Bites.
Air Fryer Bagel Bites
If you don’t want to make these bagel bites in the oven, use your air fryer! Spray the basket of the air fryer with nonstick cooking spray and preheat it to 400°F. Follow the instructions as written for making them in the oven, but instead, cook the bites in the air fryer for 7-8 minutes.
I have tested 3 brands in my home and I recommend the Ninja Air Fryer. (affiliate link) You can go up a size if needed, but it is superior in achieving consistent results and also ease of use. I’ve been very happy with this Air Fryer!

Delicious and super simple. Middle was a little more salty than I like so I’ll probably use less salt bacon but thats just preference. The texture is good and the size is perfect. Will be saving this and using it again!
Liked learning about way to use pizza dough !
Absolutely delicious! I opted out of the bacon, but rolled the bagel bite after egg washed in the everything bagel seasoning. They loved them at work. Definitely a keeper!
These were yummy and easy to make! Had to make 2 batches! Now, the family then imagined other fillings! Like meatballs, mac and cheese, chicken with gravy, etc. etc. etc.
Thanks!
oops….They were so good, forgot to rate!
Very Good!! Love these..easy to make & yummy!
Can these be frozen and reheated?
Simple to make recipe! Deliciousness! I subbed regular bacon for bacon pieces from the salad aisle because thats what I had on hand- turned out great. Def keeping this in my breakfast rotation.
