How many cups of cool whip would you substitute for the 8oz of whipped topping that is folded into the chocolate pudding mousse layer? Thanks

I always add a few tablespoons of softened cream cheese to cream when I’m whipping it. This helps the cream from breaking down and getting watery

Can you freeze them? These would be great foe my middle schools bake sale but I feel freezing them would let them last longer, we don’t have an available deride to keep them cool for 5 periods in a day
