I have made these spectacular Blueberry Muffins eight times, after tomorrow morning it will be nine . I am taking them to the hard working nurses at my Dr’s office.

Thank you for the tip I was actually wondering about the syrup sticking to my pan so thank you I will definitely spray the pan if I make these muffins with the syrup but I might leave the syrup out lol

I hardly ever leave reviews. I have baked my way through dozen and dozens I am baker recipes. Also, I am homesteader recipes. I have never been disappointed, and I am not here to complain at all! I just wanted to provide a heads-up for any future bakers. I followed this recipe to a T! I would say that a cup of berries and a Table of sugar does not make 3/4 cup of syrup. I added a tad bit of water to help my berries burst and then mash with a fork. The syrup also covered my pan when baking. SPRAY your pan and muffin tin. If I make this again I will skip the syrup. ALSO, I would say that a HALF CUP as in a measured up would be a good scoop for each muffin, filling the tin half way left more than 12 muffins made and they were ALL small and flat. The last muffin that I scraped excess from the bowl had a beautiful round top. Hope it helps!

But they tasted wonderful. Will make again, probably omitting the syrup.
