Omg this is such a perfect recipe- I weighed the ingredients where weights were given except for the oil and set the timer for 90 minutes as per the recipe. I checked the bread at 60 minutes and it was done to perfection- the toothpick came out clean as a whistle. The ganache clung to the bread beautifully even when sliced and it was delicious! It stayed moist on the counter just wrapped in plastic wrap. This is one of the easiest and most delicious recipes I have tried in a long time. Thanks for sharing.

I just put it in the oven. I used a glass loaf pan because I don’t have a metal one. Fingers crossed. Will check it in 75 minutes.
