Blueberry Lemon Fluff is a quick and easy dessert with a velvety texture and a delicious blend of flavors from blueberries, lemon curd, and marshmallows. It’s a sweet and tangy no-bake dessert that is perfect for summer gatherings or anytime you are looking for a light and refreshing treat! I also have a Pineapple Fluff that is another fantastic treat to share!
What Is A Fluff Dessert?
If you are looking for a quick and easy dessert (like 5 minutes), but still delicious, make a fluff dessert. Fluff desserts are typically made with an instant pudding base (or sometimes cream cheese) with whipped topping, fruit, and marshmallows. If you love the idea of these desserts, I also have Oreo Fluff and Pistachio Fluff you will want to try!
Ingredients & Substitutions
Pudding Mix: You will need a 3.4-ounce box of vanilla instant pudding mix for this fluff recipe.
Milk: For the creamiest fluff, use cold whole milk. Substituting 2% or 1% milk would work, but the fluff will not have the same consistency. I do not recommend skim milk in this recipe.
Blueberry Pie Filling: Grab a can of blueberry pie filling to add to the dessert. Or, make your own from my No-Bake Blueberry Pie.
Whipped Topping: Just like you can make homemade blueberry pie filling, you could also use homemade whipped cream if preferred. Store-bought whipped topping like a cool whip would also work just fine.
Lemon Curd: I highly recommend making your own lemon curd to add to this dessert. (Although, you can find it at your local grocery store next to other jams and jellies.) It is a tart and lemony spread, filling, or topping. Use the leftover curd for more recipes like Blueberry Lemon Napoleon!
Marshmallows: Don’t forget about the mini marshmallows in this fluff dessert. They are a common ingredient in fluff recipes. I have a delicious homemade marshmallow recipe if you feel motivated!

What the Test Kitchen had to say about this recipe:
Autumn
Ok, confession time. I am not much of a "fluff" fan. Yet there they are, proudly displayed at every single Minnesota potluck and backyard BBQ in the history of time. However, I will say, this one is unique and full of flavors that I love. The tangy lemon curd pairs so nicely with the blueberry pie filling. I actually have to admit, I might be a fluff fan. Just this recipe though.

This is such a light and fluffy dessert! (I guess that is why they call it a 'fluff' dessert…) I loved the texture and could get a taste of both blueberries and lemon in each refreshing bite!

I could eat this right out of the dish with a spoon!! My new favorite flavor combination is lemon and blueberries. This fluff is creamy, tart, and sweet. Everything blends so well together. I also enjoy the little bites of blueberries from the filling. This recipe is now at the top of my list, despite the fact that I haven't actually tried many Fluff recipes.

Light, refreshing, with a lovely kick of lemon at the end! The mini marshmallows are a super fun treat in my mouth!
