Is your butter more melted than soft? If it’s melted it makes the texture different.
Also, brown sugar has a different moisture content so if you use all brown sugar it’ll make the cookies chewier.
Easy to make, and delicious… Just letting everyone know if you use a turkey egg you will definitely end up with cake-like cookies that take almost twice as long to cook! But still delicious!
