I’m not so sure I would call these brownies, I thinkit’s more of a cake because you can’t really pick them up and eat them with your fingers, but they are sooooo delicious. I made this recipe for work and it was devoured immediately. I didn’t tell people until afterwards that the dessert was made with zucchini. Stunned everybody. This is a recipe I will make again and again.

Hi Patricia – if you are diabetic then nutritional information is very important for you. I don’t use the standard nutritional information guide that is provided to bloggers because it is unreliable. I recommend finding an app that can accurate formulate the information you need from any recipe. Such as MyFitnessPal

All oven temps are not the same. The specified baking of goods are a suggestion and you should use your better judgement. Always start baking timeframes at 30 minutes and continue to check the product when adding additional minutes.

Sure! If you don’t have a 7-inch springform pan, you could make this cake in an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch baking dish. However, the cake will not bake up quite as tall and you will need to decrease the baking time. If you want to use a 9×13-inch baking dish, double the recipe, and watch the cake carefully as baking times will vary. Be sure to line any pan you use with parchment paper.”
