Don’t add the whipped topping and then freeze. Anything with fat or oil does not freeze well. Add to pie once it has thawed and is ready to serve

lemonade concentrate alternative..

In general, you can replace the juice of one medium lemon with 2 tablespoons of concentrate. A medium lemon, when squeezed, will give you about 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice.
