In reply to Pat Burns. Don’t add the whipped topping and then freeze. Anything with fat or oil does not freeze well. Add to pie once it has thawed and is ready to serve

Hi! First off, let me say I LOVE your recipes! They few I’ve done have been marvelous.
So, my question – is this a recipe that will do well doubling? I have a work event (14 people) coming up this month and this is something that would be a hit. I can make 2 separate pies, but would prefer to use my 15×9 pyrex dish.

lemonade concentrate alternative..

In general, you can replace the juice of one medium lemon with 2 tablespoons of concentrate. A medium lemon, when squeezed, will give you about 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice.
