How to Store Marshmallow Fluff
Homemade Marshmallow Fluff can be stored in a sealed jar for up to 2 weeks at room temperature. When ready to use, you can fluff it up again by giving it a slight whip.

I too would like to know if tapioca syrup or rice syrup would work in your Marshmallow recipe? I am allergic to corn but would like to make the fluff?

Can you use rice syrup or tapioca syrup instead of the light corn syrup?

Have not tried the recipe yet but have a question. Can you use it in recipes like the jar fluff? For instance making fudge or candy?

I absolutely loved this recipe. I’ve tried many other marshmallow fluff recipes that just didn’t quite yield the same results this one did. My boys all loved it too. Definitely saving this one for future use.
