Do many of the recipes contain oil. Rapeseed Oil was used in the tractors / machinery so when they wanted people to eat it they changed the name to Canola oil so people would be fooled into thinking it was food not tractor oil. That is what killed Steve Jobs (vegetarian)at 53. Oil is especially dangerous when it is heated.
