the cake looks good but would omit the coffee in both part of the cake. I don’t like coffee and would use water instead or something else

Just made this and yes, somewhat like a Texas sheet cake. I like this frosting but needed to add more cream to get it light and fluffy as described. The frosting is not dark but it’s good.

the cake looks good but I would the coffee in both part and maybe use dr pepper for one the part. I don’t drink coffee and don’t like the taste of anything with coffee.
