Hi, Appleberry! I work with iambaker and am happy to help with questions. Use 3 cups of self-rising flour in this recipe. I think you are looking at making your own self-rising flour if you don’t have any on hand. That recipe calls for 2 cups of all-purpose flour, plus baking powder, plus salt. I hope this clears it up.
