I’d like to know if the top piece of parchment paper is to be removed before baking? It may seem like a dumb question but parchment paper has never been used in my baking.

It is not as sweet and diet watchers love it.

Thanks for sharing such a lovely recipe. I would like to try.
Just one question… I am vegetarian. I don’t even eat egg. So while making cookie what should I use instead of egg?
I would be happy if you help me on this.
Thanks in advance ????
