I’ve never made cheesecake before, and was super nervous. I finally saw this recipe and decided to try it because it seemed so simple, but I was worried about it not tasting right because it’s not baked. I left it in the fridge for about half an hour and was eager to try it. It settled so nice, and it’s thick and creamy, and turned out way better than I thought it would. This will officially be my cheesecake recipe for the rest of my life, thank you!!
