Caramel Apple Dump cake is in the oven. I do believe it’s going to end up too sweet with sugar in the cake mix, apples and caramel. If I make it again I’ll try it with fresh apples and adding no sugar.

Followed your directions tho after reading comments I was questioning you but you’ve never let me down so I forged ahead. In reply to Sandra Nix. Hi, Sandra! I work with iambaker and am happy to help with questions. The batter is what you made in step 2 of the recipe. (You only use half of it in step 3 and the other half in step 7.) I hope this helps, and have a great day!
