I have a December baby too! And I try to do the same thing, NOTHING related to Christmas on his birthday (the 21st). In fact, we used to have his party at the beginning of December and wait to decorate our house until it was over. He is student of the week this week, and as soon as he saw the photo for these he made them the request for his treat. And then I read your post and realized just how perfect it is. These cake cones are beautiful! I notice a colorful summery theme in Audrey’s cakes! I didn’t know ice cream cones could survive the oven before – what a great idea – thanks for the step by step photos on the better homes and gardens website.
