That is wonderful to hear, Elizabeth!
]]>Amanda! Thank you for this recipe! I made these and used tulip paper liners and they looked bakery quality! Rose up nice and fluffy, they weren’t too dense and weren’t dry! I’ve now made several of your recipes and I find them to be straightforward and the end results are delicious and make me feel proud!
]]>Measured everything… made 30 muffins, with huge tops. Streusel was almost runny, not crumbly (I added more flour, then finally gave up and added oatmeal.) I put a lot more icing than pictured… and still only used half.
Proportions aside, they are delicious!
]]>Just finished making these. Absolutely wonderful. Moist and flavourful, a lovely crunch with the Streusel and a hint of maple sweetness.
Writing this recipe into my cookbook.

Amazing!! ❤️
]]>Delicious! I made these this morning for some company, and they were a hit! My husband said they’re the best thing I’ve ever baked!
]]>These look amazingly
da lish us !!
I can’t wait to make them and then eat them.
Wow, just awesome! Moist and flavorful, topping so good, rose up well. Substituted 1/2 cup oats for equal amount flour to add some fiber, and part melted butter for oil to add richness. Next time might try oat flour, plus maple syrup and/or applesauce for part of the brown sugar to cut down on calories. Delicious, perfection.
