This is the only frosting I make, with the exception that I addconfectioner’s sugar as well. Nice and fluffy and not too sweet. Plus, it’s very stable.

Gonna try this today, for my son’s 18th birthday cake. He dosen’t like buttercream cake icing, says it’s to sweet so this should be perfect if I don’t goof it up. LOL

I am frosting a birthday cake with a cookies n cream version of this frosting, would it store better in the fridge or freezer? I want to get the base coat on the cake and store it (at least) overnight before I pipe the decorations on in buttercream.
