I would have thought you use heavy milk

In reply to Loretta Steffens.

I add coconut extract to vanilla pudding when making coconut cream pie. Mix pudding w/cool whip or whipped cream, 1/4 to 1/2 tsp, shredded coconut. Add to crust. Top with more whipped cream. Top w/ toasted coconut and toasted slivered almonds. Yummy!!!! Hubby’s favorite pie.

Makes the most wonderful filling in a chocolate cake.

Add a couple drops of vanillia or scrape half vanilla bean (visually better looking).

Great, as I didn’t know to freeze extra whipped cream! I usually added just plain sugar but I will try powdered sugar next time. Love your recipes!!! Thank you, Carol

No mixer needed and no cleaning of beaters. Quick and easy. Would be great for teens in dorm rooms. (About 6 oz of heavy cream and about 4 T of sugar.)

I also add a teaspoon of vanilla to mine. Before I married almost 29 years ago, a dear friend gifted me a stainless steel whipped cream maker. It uses “gas” cartridges that one can purchase at kitchen stores or Amazon. It also came with decorative tips. Of all the belongings I brought into the family, I believe this is my husband’s favourite.
