The dough rolls out nicely, the cookie bakes beautifully. Very nice texture and flavor! I doubled the batch which was a bit much for my mixer, but I didn’t over mix and still a very nice cookie!

We’re making them now, but the dough was really sticky, even after overnight in the fridge. We added a bunch of flour and they’re coming out well.
