I just bought a set of Russian tips because they make such beautiful flowers and everyone makes them look so easy to use. They’re not. I’ve made 3-4 different icings, from soft to stiff, and each one stuck to the tip when I lifted the tip. Is there any way to remedy this so I don’t just get frustrated and give up? UGH!

A friend asked me to make he and his fiance’s wedding cake and its highly likely I’ll be using my S’ mores cupcake/cake recipe for it and thought maybe making homemade marshmallows and piping them into a rose shape would be nice.
