Okay first I live these cookies but I must be doing something wrong lol I’m in the middle of making them now and I have been about an hr and a half on the prep work making a double recipe. And the last time I made them cook time was no where near 12 mins. More like 30-40

I made the peppermint cookies yesterday. They turned out so light and delicious with a light minty taste. I used dark chocolate chips instead of semi but otherwise I stayed to the recipe. This would have to be my favourite recipe I was so impressed and it wasn’t hard. I never thought to shift or aerate my dry ingredients in cookies and I cook from scratch all the time. I can’t wait to try your cakes!
