This is what it says in the post. These marshmallows have a fresh element so cannot be classified with the same shelf life as other recipes.
“How to Store Blueberry Marshmallows
Homemade blueberry marshmallows should be stored in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator. They are best enjoyed within 3-5 days.”
