My Brownie mix was the fudge kind so there was this pkt of fudge. I didn’t have heavy cream but had bottle of whipping cream so I mixed the two.
Because of the whipping cream had to put it in the fridge, next time I’m just using the fudge mix
The quantity of batter works best in a 12 cup Bundt pan. Mine is 10 cups so I left out enough batter to make 5 or so cupcakes. Whatever size Bundt you have, fill batter up to 3/4 full and use the rest for cupcakes.
