I would love to make this but with having Celiacs I would have to substitute the flour for gf flour. Do you know if the result would be the same? My Texas Sheet cakes come out too gooey with gf flour.

I would like to use this brownie bottom crust for a red velvet cheesecake. My recipe calls for 3 cream cheese and 3 eggs. Will that be too much for the brownie bottom?
